We are a local, friendly and professional sales agency who strive to provide an excellent and knowledgeable service for property sales in Hereford city and the surrounding towns and villages.
We first opened our doors in 1986 as an independent estate agency concentrating solely on the sales market. Since then we have built up an excellent local reputation combining traditional estate agency methods with a modern marketing approach.
We offer a “No Sale – No Fee” service and deal with all types of properties from park homes to new homes and apartments to country residences. If you’re looking at buying or selling, do not hesitate to get in touch with us and one of our friendly sales team will deal with your enquiry.
We will be offering all our normal services to include viewing appointments and valuation appraisals but with strict procedures in place to ensure that safety is a priority. Full information on how we will be operating with our new guidelines can be found below.
Office: Our staff will remain working in our office during our normal working hours. The office door is open with walk-ins allowed, with a maximum of 2 clients at any one time. We will be available on the telephone, email and via other contact methods including zoom and skype if required.
Viewings: We are conducting physical viewing appointments with all applicants, subject to the vendor permission. Any applicant who wishes to view a property physically must have seen the video tour of the property before viewing.
Only one household, with a maximum of 2 people (this includes children), can attend a viewing appointment. An additional person who is in a support bubble with that household will only be allowed to attend the appointment in exceptional circumstances.
We ask that a face covering is worn on the appointment and that nothing is touched whilst inside the property. If you require a door to be opened or an object to be moved, that you ask the staff member that is showing you the property to do this for you.
If you show any of the symptoms of Covid-19 prior to the appointment we would ask you to contact us to cancel the appointment and we will rearrange a new appointment for you when it is safe to do so.
Valuation appraisals and instructions appointments: We are still able to offer face-to-face valuation appointments and/or appointments to place a property on the open market. We would ask that on these appointments, only 1 household with a maximum of 2 persons attend. We would ask that a face covering is worn and that If you show any of the symptoms of Covid-19 prior to the appointment that you to contact us to cancel the appointment and we will rearrange a new appointment for you when it is safe to do so.
We want to keep unnecessary contact to a minimum. Therefore, if you just require a valuation of your property and have no intention of placing the property on the open market we are happy to carry out a desktop valuation for you. Feel free to contact us to discuss how we can do this for you.
