40 Years of Andrew Morris Estate Agents

On the 1st August 1986, Andrew Morris opened the doors of 1 Bridge Street to the public and quickly became a household name within the local community of Hereford. Having started in the industry on 1st August at Russell Baldwin and Bright in 1967 as a trainee estate agent auctioneer.

Andrew spent 15 years fine-tuning his craft before partnering up with Stooke Hill on 1st August 1982. Throughout his career within the property industry and co-founding Westfields Football Club, Andrew has developed incredible ties throughout the community of Hereford which helped Andrew Morris Estate Agents become one of the leading independent estate agencies in the region.

Andrew's devoted wife, Sandra Morris, has been assisting him since the day they opened the doors at 1 Bridge Street. Whether it's managing the admin, archives, or sharing a cup of tea, Sandra has been a staple part in the history of the agency. As a team, we have always been grateful for the support Sandra has provided throughout the years.

On 1st August 2025, Andrew Morris completed on his own sale, passing the keys to the business to co-director and partner, Craig Sewell. Having also worked as a sales negotiator at Russell, Baldwin & Bright for a year, then joined the Andrew Morris team in 2010. Here, he has spent the last fifteen years working his way up from being an office coordinator, sales negotiator, senior sales negotiator, co-director and partner in 2022, before then taking over full ownership of the business in 2025.
